Contemporary Art, Mixed Media, Abstract Art Painting “Textures 1” by Arizona Artist Pat Stacy

I played when I painted Textures. It was such fun to put the texture on, and let the metal paints and patinas go in and out of the grooves. I highlighted the work with the pastels and other acrylics. These are my favorite colors---they are so organic in their look. The painting makes me smile.
