12 X 24 inch mixed media collage on crescent illustration board. I layered textures with gac and modeling paste then painted with liquid acrylics, using stamps and embossing to embelish some of the texture. I then collaged white feathers, one at a time to create the wing. There is a lost and found message throughout the painting. This painting was done for the Angels We Have Heard On High exhibit, at the Heritage Museum in Big Springs Texas, opening December 4th, reception at 4 PM. It is a collecion of angel paintings by the Caboose Watercolor Society. We would love to have you stop by if you are in the area! The exhibit will run until January 11th, 2011.
