This is my version of the ark. The surface has been protected by many coats of varnish. It is actually usable. The varnish that I use is a verathane that is for floors and it works miracles.
I love painting on trays and have sold over 50 of them at shows, etc. I have several that I use
hers in my home: one is a chicken theme and the other is magnolias. I still have several un-painted trays waiting to go to someones home. Please contact me is you are interested.
