This is the second painting in my Queen Of Light Series. It is acrylic and gold leaf on 14x11 textured stretched canvas. When I decided to paint a series I made a few rules for myself. I would use 16x20 textured stretched canvas, I would do no two with the same palette, and I would use gold leaf in each painting. I already broke 2 of these rules. I painted this one for my son, so I allowed myself to stretch the rules this time and painted more in my comfort zone. I have the next painting in this series partially done & will be sticking to the original plan. We'll see how it goes! Since this will be my sons painting I'm marking it sold.
