A TURNED VASE AND DAISIES, original oil by Dottie Martz

I have re-done this four times! This last time, I moved the bottom daisy and took out some of the greenery n the right. I felt that I had too much....you couldn't see the beautiful wooden vase. (It was hand-turned by a relative.) Sometimes you have to move things around and re-work your subjects....this was done four times, but, I think I am finally happy with it. My fall daisies are just beginning to bloom and they made their debut in this painting. It is an original oil painting, 9X12 on canvas panel.
