Delft and Red Carnations by Dottie Martz

I painted this in the old world style (Old Masters)and I love it. The depth and mysterious feelings you can get are awesome. Just returned from a 5-day workshop in Marietta, Ohio with Dee Kirkham and 8 wonderful friends. We had a great time! painter, ate, painted, ate and actually squeezed in some antique-shopping! Found some lovely small pottery props that will be showing up in my paintings one day.
